Our planners with a binder allow you to always create the content and order of the sheets as you wish because the binders can open and in this way, you can insert and remove the sheets whenever it suits you.

If you make a mistake with the writing or it is already an old sheet – no problem – just open the binder and replace it with a new one.

After the first purchase, you can purchase only inserts. All covers and inserts are already made, so your planner will reach you in just a few days.


How to buy?

You can also choose some of the already defined planners (we have defined inserts, you choose the covers). But even in this case, you can buy additional inserts.

This weekly planner is undated but covers 52 weeks. Each week starts with a week overview on the right, then you have a double page sheet with to do list (with 42 lines) and ends with a bullet journal page on the left, for notes.

“Weekly planner” is printed on the front of the cover and our logo is on the back. Both signs are embossed with rose gold foil. The planners have a flap with a magnet.

    What are the opening hours of the Hooh shop?

    The offline shop in Kumanovska 2a is opened from Monday until Friday from 10 am until 7 pm, and on Saturday we are open from 11 am until 5 pm

    The online store itself is open 24 hours a day for searching and ordering online. You can contact us by phone from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday, on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. We ship all orders on weekdays until 1 p.m.

    How can I pay?

    You can pay for the products you want to order through the online store in several ways:

    • cash on delivery – payment at the time of delivery
    • at the post office or bank
    • payment via invoice (if you are a legal entity)
    • card payment (through the Banca Intesa security page that opens on our website when you select this option)

    Can I collect the order from you?

    Yes, you can pick up the order at our office in Voždovac (Belgrade).

    What is the deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods?

    The order processing period is usually 1-2 working days.

    After collection, the courier service delivers the package to you. The usual delivery time is 2 working days for larger cities and 4 working days for more distant places. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, you can expect delivery within 5 days.

    The deadlines described above are for delivery in the Republic of Serbia.

    As for delivery outside the Republic of Serbia, the delivery time depends on 2 factors: Post and Customs. Approximately 5-10 business days is the waiting period.

    What is the price of delivery on the territory of Serbia?

    The delivery price for all orders whose value is higher than RSD 6,000 is FREE for the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

    If the value of the order is less than 6,000 dinars, the delivery price will be 350 dinars including VAT on the territory of the Republic of Serbia for shipments up to 2 kg. If you pay by cash on delivery, you have an additional cost of the courier service for the ransom amounting to 100 dinars.

    What is the price of delivery outside the territory of Serbia?

    SHIPPING PRICE FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES DEPENDS ON THE WEIGHT OF PACKAGES, which are divided into classes: up to 125 g / 126 g – 250 g / 251 g – 500 g / 501 g – 1 kg / 1 kg – 2 kg / 2 kg – 5 kg

    The price includes export customs clearance and home delivery. Please note that your local customs may ask you to pay additional import charges. We advise you to consult the customs authorities in your country about this.

    For example, the weight of a pen is 15-20 g, a standard planner 680 g, an agenda 350 g, 1 insert 30 g, etc.

    For the countries of the REGION (Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Croatia and Slovenia), the delivery price is by class:

    How can I make a complaint?

    You have the right to exchange defective products if it is clearly visible on the product that the error was not caused by improper use, but that there was an error in production, packaging, or transportation.

    The deadline for pointing out non-conformity is 2 years from the date of purchase.

    The deadline for responding to a complaint is 8 days from the receipt of the complaint. The deadline for resolution is 15 days from the receipt of the complaint.

    I want my money back, what should I do?

    In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct.

    Hooh shop is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer based on the contract, and at the latest within 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, and after receipt of the product.

    The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item.

    You cannot send the ordered article to the addresses listed on the shipping invoice without prior contact and agreement with us, which is listed above. Any such package will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

    Refunds are made exclusively by payment to a dinar current account and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.

    In the case of returning goods or refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Hooh shop online store is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro methods payments. This means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

    I want to cancel my purchase, what should I do?

    The law for the case of distance sales establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to satisfy his individual needs, and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was handed over to him. When canceling, the customer may or may not state the reasons for canceling.

    I want to exchange a product, what is the procedure?

    If after receiving the shipment you realize that you want to exchange it for another item of the same or higher price category, please send us an e-mail at hoohshop@gmail.com or contact us by phone at +381 69 31 51 888.

    Please send the following information to hoohshop@gmail.com:

    • The number of your invoice shipping slip
    • The item code you want to exchange
    • The item code for which you want to exchange

    After the reported exchange, expect a call from us so that we can arrange to collect the items from you that you want to exchange. We create the pick-up order with the Daily Express courier service.

    It is necessary that you print out the documentation that will be sent to your e-mail address due to the exchange, fill it out legibly, and pack it together with the shipment you are returning.

    To the courier who comes to you at the pick-up address of the item that you want to exchange for another, it is necessary to hand over the adequately packed item, because all responsibility for damage during transport goes to the account of the sender.

    Postage costs are borne by the buyer according to the official price list of the Daily Express Courier Service, which you can see HERE. You pay the postage in cash to the Daily Express courier who will pick up the goods for exchange.
