The monthly plan for exercise and food is an insert in which you have an overview of the whole month in which you plan meals and types of exercises per day.

On the front page, make a training plan for the next 5 weeks (for example: leg day – Monday, chest/bicep day – Tuesday, walking day – Wednesday and Saturday, etc.).

On the back of the paper there is a diet plan for those 5 weeks by main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

In this insert you get 10 sheets of double-sided printing (for 50 weeks / for the whole year – because you will be on vacation for at least 2 weeks, right? :) ).
